human being requires 6-8 hours of sleep every day. The condition in which they
sleep for more than 10 hours can be considered as sleeping disorder and is

oversleeping even if one does not have a sleeping disorder can show a negative
impact on health. Few problems include:

- Depression
- Cardiac disorders
- Increased risk of death
Therefore, sleeping for too long hours or sleeping for a very short
amount of your time will cause several health connected problems and leave the
person dazed the whole day. Most people occasionally experience sleeping
problems due to stress, hectic schedules, and other outside influences.
