  Sleeping Addiction: Is Over Sleeping is Good for Health? World sleep day is celebrated on March 19 th  every year. On an average every human being requires 6-8 hours of sleep every day. The condition in which they sleep for more than 10 hours can be considered as sleeping disorder and is generally termed as hypersomnia.  Clinomania  is a disorder where the person has a lot of desire to stay in bed. Hypersomina can be genetically transferred to younger generations in the family. Hypersomnia can be even caused by excessive consumption of Alcohol, Anti-anxiety pills.  Even thyroid and narcolepsy disorders can cause hypersomnia.
